At Vapeblizz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items under the following guidelines:

• Returns:

  You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return any unopened and unused items. All products must be in their original packaging.

• Refunds:

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Exchanges:

  If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team to arrange this.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as e-liquids and opened vape kits cannot be returned or exchanged.
